It is an official notification that serves to justify the products or goods on board a <strong>cargo aircraft.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is the most important notification of an export or import by air and the airline will deliver the goods at destination to the natural or <strong>legal person listed<\/strong> as the final consignee on the Air Waybill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>AWB<\/strong> Parts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s very important that the Air Waybill collects the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Contracted parties<\/strong> (shipper, consignee and carrier).<\/li><li><strong>Goods transported<\/strong> (volume, weight and nature).<\/li><li><strong>Itinerary, model and number aircraft.<\/strong><\/li><li>Transport costs<strong> (airfreight)<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>However, it&#8217;s important to note that it isn&#8217;t a document that grants <strong>any right over the goods<\/strong>, but it does allow the goods to be claimed, in a simple way, by means of an identification. The <strong>Air Waybill <\/strong>must bear the signature of the agent or carrier along with the date of issue. It is very similar to its equivalent in maritime transport: <strong>Bill of Lading or B\/L<\/strong>, although it does not represent the <strong>ownership of the goods,<\/strong> therefore, it cannot be transferred nor can a change of ownership be negotiated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Efficiency of air transport<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to its <strong>immediate, efficiency and speed, air transport<\/strong> is the most widely used means of transport for perishable goods, e-commerce products or high-value industries.
